Commercial Lines Account Manager - Independently Owned Insurance Agency - Base Salary to 90k/year - Union, NJ

• Our client, a growing independent agency, has an immediate need for a Commercial Lines Account Manager to join their team. This agency prides itself on its white-glove customer service approach while maintaining a family operated feel.

Responsibilities:

• Act as a liaison between insurance companies providing coverage and insurance salespeople selling policies.
• Prepares renewals, new business applications, and endorsement requests.
• Identify rates for various coverage options and inputs detailed information into relevant databases.
• Support team members by offering guidance, addressing questions, and contributing to their growth through effective orientation, training, and ongoing development.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years prior related experience and general knowledge of insurance company operations, required.
• Experience in the contracting industry.
• Current Property & Casualty License (P&C).
• Proficiency in AMS360.

Compensation:

• Base salary to 90k/year plus revenue sharing plan participation.
• Medical, dental, vision, and 401k.
