Commercial Lines Account Manager - Independent Insurance Agency - Base Salary to 90k/year -Framingham, MA
- Our client, a 20+ year insurance agency in the Framingham, MA area has an immediate need for a skilled Commercial Lines Account Manager to join their team. They are one of the largest independent agencies in the state of MA offering employee benefits, property and casualty, commercial, financial and retirement products.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for servicing a generalist book of commercial accounts ranging from car dealerships, manufacturing, municipalities, medical malpractice, construction, wholesalers, restaurants, etc. The size of the book depends on the candidate’s experience typically ranging from $3-$5M in premium.
- Marketing new and renewal business, endorsements, customer service, proposals, cross-selling, etc.
- An assistant for certificates, ID cards, follow ups, etc. will be provided for internal support
Qualifications:
- 3+ Years of commercial lines experience.
- Property & Casualty (P&C) Licensed.
- EPIC experience preferred.
Compensation:
- Base salary in the 65k – 90k/year range plus commission on new business (35% new, 25% renewal) as well as an annual bonus.
- Full benefits package including Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k +3% match, 3 weeks PTO plus personal/sick days, paid holidays, summer Fridays (off at 3PM), life insurance, long-term disability, etc. They also pay for ongoing insurance education.
- In office for onboarding/training period (length depends on candidate), then hybrid 3 days in office, 2 remote.
