Commercial Lines Account Manager - Independent Insurance Agency - Base Salary to 90k/year - Dallas, TX
  • Our client, a well-established and growing independent insurance agency, is seeking a Commercial Lines Account Manager to join their team. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to be part of a close-knit, collaborative culture with strong employee tenure. The role offers a hybrid schedule with three days in the office and two remote days.
  • In this role, the Commercial Lines Account Manager will be responsible for delivering exceptional, consistent service to an assigned book of business, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and retention. The Commercial Lines Account Manager will build and manage long-term client relationships while serving as a trusted point of contact for day-to-day servicing needs.

Responsibilities:
  • Market and remarket commercial lines insurance products.
  • Prepare renewal reviews and client business proposals.
  • Attend in-person client meetings (primarily in-office).
  • Manage the day-to-day servicing of a general commercial lines book in partnership with the producing team.

Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of experience in Commercial Lines.
  • Current Property and Casualty (P&C) License in the state of Texas.
  • Proficient with AMS360.
  • Experience with general commercial accounts; entertainment industry exposure is a strong plus.\

Compensation:
  • Base salary to 90k/year
  • Medical, dental, vision, and 401k.
  • Hybrid schedule with 3 remote days (in-office on Mondays and Wednesdays).
  • Business hours: 8: 00 AM – 4: 30 PM or 8: 30 AM – 5: 00 PM.
