Commercial Lines Account Manager - Independent Insurance Agency - Base Salary to 110k/year - Woodland Hills, CA
  • Our client, a full-service commercial insurance brokerage firm, is looking for a few generalist Commercial Account Managers and Workers Compensation specific Account Managers to join their team as they are growing. They focus in on Workers' Compensation, Small Business Owner's Policy, Cyber, Management & Professional Liability, General Liability, and Surety Bonds.  They possess a family-like and all-inclusive culture despite their size. This role is primarily in office. Once you are caught up to speed & have established trust, there is a possibility for hybrid.

Responsibilities:
  • Service a book around $3-$5M consisting of small to middle market accounts. The book consists of either all Workers Compensation or Contractors, Trucking/Delivery, Janitorial Services, Wholesale/Retail Operations, Home Health Agencies, Manufacturing, Agriculture, Household Moving, Habitational, and Restaurants.
  • Quoting, binding, endorsements, renewals, marketing, etc. They do have CSR's and virtual assistants to do certs and other back-office duties. 

Qualifications:
  • AMS360 experience preferred.
  • 2+ year experience in commercial insurance. Artisan contractors experience is a plus/key focus.
  • Property and Casualty (P&C) Licensed.

Compensation:
  • Base salary in the 70k -110k/year range, plus commission on cross selling.
  • In addition, the agency offers medical, dental, vision, profit sharing, 401k, PTO, Paid Holidays, etc.
