Commercial Lines Account Manager – Independent Insurance Agency - Base Salary to 85k/year + Commission + Benefits - Philadelphia, PA
- Our client, a close-knit and well-established independent insurance agency in the South Philadelphia area, has an immediate need for a skilled Commercial Lines Account Manager. They have developed an excellent reputation for providing a client-focused solutions and customer service for commercial, personal, pet, and life insurance needs.
Responsibilities:
- The Commercial Lines Account Manager will be a key player to the team. You will be responsible for managing a generalist commercial book of habitational, builders risk, hotels, restaurants, contractors, etc. You will be responsible for servicing accounts, remarketing, proposals, endorsements, certs, rounding out accounts, growing business through referrals, etc.
- This role is more geared towards servicing as the agency owner brings in a lot of the business. However, if you do bring in business you will earn commissions.
Qualifications:
- P&C (Property and Casualty) License required.
- Knowledge of AMS360 preferred. Can train!
- In office role with possibility of hybrid after training.
Compensation:
- Base alary in the 70k - 85k/year range depending on experience, plus 50% commission on new business and 25% at renewal.
- In addition, the agency offers health, dental, and vision insurance as well as a 401k with company match, paid holidays, PTO, etc.
