Commercial Lines Account Manager – Independent Insurance Agency - Base Salary to 75k/year + Benefits - Plant City, FL
- Our client, a close-knit and 45+ year family-owned independent insurance agency in the Plant City, Florida area, has an immediate need for a skilled Commercial Lines Account Manager.
Responsibilities:
- The Commercial Lines Account Manager will be a key player to the team. You will be responsible for managing a generalist commercial book of middle market to large accounts consisting of manufacturing, construction, agriculture, restaurants, etc. You will also be responsible for remarketing, marketing, endorsements, proposals, policy changes, etc.
Qualifications:
- P&C (Property and Casualty) License required.
- Knowledge of EPIC preferred.
- 2+ years of commercial lines experience.
Compensation:
- Base salary in the 65k - 75k/year range depending on experience.
- In addition, the agency offers 100% employer paid health insurance for the employee, $401k, PTO, paid holidays, etc.
- Hybrid schedule after training period.
