Commercial Lines Account Manager – Independent Insurance Agency - Base Salary to 65k/year - Maitland, FL
- Our client, a close-knit and well-established family-owned independent insurance agency in the Maitland, FL area, has an immediate need for a skilled Commercial Lines Account Manager. They have developed an excellent reputation for providing a client-focused solutions and customer service for commercial, personal and employee benefits insurance needs. They have a very close-knit team as many employees have been there for many years.
Responsibilities:
- The Commercial Lines Account Manager will be a key player to the team. You will be responsible for managing a generalist commercial book of small to middle market accounts. You will be responsible for servicing accounts, remarketing, proposals, endorsements, certs, rounding out accounts, renewals, etc. This is primarily a servicing role with no expectations to sell.
Qualifications:
- 4-40 FL License at minimum. 2-20 is preferred.
- Knowledge of TAM or EPIC.
- 3+ years commercial lines experience.
- In office role.
Compensation:
- Base salary in the 55k - 65k/year range depending on experience plus retention bonuses.
- In addition, the agency offers 100% employer paid health for the employee, dental, and vision insurance, paid holidays, PTO, etc.
