Commercial Lines Account Manager – Independent Agency – Base Salary to 85k/year - Houston, TX
- Our client, a 40+ year independent insurance agency in the Houston area has an immediate need for a skilled Commercial Lines Account Manager to join their team. This family-oriented and close-knit agency provides a comprehensive range of commercial, personal, and life & employee benefits insurance products.
- The Commercial Lines Account Manager will be an integral and key player in the growth of the team. This person will be responsible for a generalist book of commercial accounts such as construction, manufacturing, oil & gas, restaurants, engineers, general liability, professional liability, commercial auto, workers comp, etc. You will be responsible for servicing the book, renewals, new business, remarketing, issuing binders, certificates, policies, endorsements, etc.
Qualifications:
- 3+ Years of Insurance experience as it pertains to commercial lines
- Experience with EPIC agency management system a plus
- P&C Licensed
Compensation:
- Base salary in the 55k – 85k/year range (flexible depending on experience), plus commission on new business
- Full benefits package including 100% employer paid medical for employee, Dental, Vision, PTO, Paid Holidays, Year-end Bonus, etc.
- Fully on-site role
