Commercial Lines Account & Operations Manager - Independent Insurance Agency - Base Salary to 90k/year - Los Angeles, CA

• Our client, an Independent Insurance Agency, has an immediate need for a Commercial Lines Account Executive to join their team. They pride themselves on their rapid growth and passion for the commercial insurance industry.
  
• Our client is seeking a Commercial Lines Account & Operations Manager to lead customer success and daily account management. This position offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience across multiple areas of the business, with potential for growth into a leadership role in a dynamic and expanding agency.

Responsibilities:

• Manage client workflows, including certificates of insurance, policy updates, data entry, and coverage analysis.
  
• Prepare and review client communication and deliverables.
  
• Monitor and resolve billing and accounting needs.
  
• Execute consistent and accurate data and information entry across all management systems.
  
• Coordinate and own the renewal process workflow for successful, timely execution.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of Commercial Lines experience.
  
• Desire to grow into a leadership role and be the right-hand of the agency owner.
  
• Property & Casualty (P&C) licensed.
  
• Skilled with Agency Management Systems such as AMS360 or Applied Epic.
  
• Ability to work on a remote basis.

Compensation:

• Base salary to 90k/year with bonus structure and commission potential for new business.
