Commercial Insurance Producer - Insurance Agency - Base Salary to 85k/year - Boca Raton, FL
- Our client a newer and growing insurance agency located in Boca Raton, FL is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Commercial Insurance Producer to join their growing team. In this role, the Commercial Insurance Producer will focus on generating new business, building strong client relationships, and providing customized insurance solutions that meet the unique needs of commercial clients. There will also be opportunities for leadership roles within the expanding organization.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategies to prospect and acquire new commercial insurance clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with businesses, decision-makers, and referral sources.
- Assess clients’ risk management needs and recommend tailored insurance solutions.
- Present policy options, explain coverage details, and negotiate terms to meet clients’ objectives.
- Collaborate with underwriters to secure optimal coverage terms and pricing.
- Provide exceptional post-sale service to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Stay informed on industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory changes
Qualifications:
- 3+ years experience in commercial insurance sales.
- Property and Casualty (P&C) Licensed
- EPIC, EZLynx, Salesforce experience preferred.
Compensation:
- Base salary in the 60k - 85k/year range plus a lucrative commission structure on new & renewal business and a benefits package.
- In office role with opportunity to work 1 day remote a week.
