Civil Project Manager – Land Development Company – Base Salary to 150k/year - West Palm Beach, FL
- Our client is a family owned and operated business that self-performs clearing & grubbing, excavation, underground utilities, and roadwork for commercial and residential land development. They are currently seeking a Civil Project Manager for their growing team in the West Palm Beach area.
- The Civil Project Manager will directly manage multiple job sites typically located in Palm Beach, Broward, and Martin counties.
Responsibilities:
- Manage land development projects from clearing to underground utilities and roadwork
- Review and understand civil plans
- Establish budget, schedule, negotiate, and control costs
- Communicate with vendors, suppliers, and subcontractors about pricing
- Manage construction schedule and activities
- Prepare subcontractors contracts/work orders
- Select and manage subcontractor and supplier relationships
- Coordinate efforts across entire project between architects, designers, engineers, and subcontractors
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in project managing civil work.
- Experience in project management within land development and underground industry
- Experience with Bluebeam preferred
- Organized and good work ethic, team player, open to ideas and good communication skills.
Compensation:
- Base Salary to 150k/year, flexible dependent on experience
