Change Management Lead – Construction Materials Manufacturer – Base Salary to 120k/year – Lebanon, NJ

  • Our client is a building products manufacturer that provides solutions to building challenges that architects, designers, owners, and contractors face every day. In the business of manufacturing construction materials and products for over 75 years, they are a multinational company committed to improving their building solutions to enhance customer experiences and benefit communities worldwide.
  • The Change Management Lead is a crucial player in their ongoing ERP transition. This role will help in the implementation and roll out process, working closely with the Communications and Training Leads to develop and execute change management strategies that ensure successful adoption of changes, mitigate resistance, and achieve desired business outcomes. They need someone who has taken the lead in driving large organizational changes in conjunction with a variety of stakeholders.
    This is a hybrid position, with 3 days in office, 2 at home, and 25% travel.
    Candidates must be located within an hour distance of Lebanon, NJ or Muncy, PA.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with ERP leadership and ERP Core team to define change objectives and develop change management strategies
  • Conduct impact assessments to identify stakeholders, risks, and potential barriers to change
  • Regular updates with ERP leadership on strategy and tactical progress
  • Create and deliver clear and compelling communication plans to inform and engage employees at all levels on the ERP implementation rollout
  • Build a team of key champions to represent local training activities
  • Engage key stakeholders to build support and ensure alignment for all ERP change initiatives
  • Manage feedback channels and address concerns proactively
  • Monitor the progress of all ERP change initiatives and adjust strategies as necessary
  • Provide one-on-one coaching and support as needed
  • Collaborate with ERP Core Team to ensure seamless integration of change management plans within program rollout timelines
  • Utilize data and feedback to continuously improve change management strategies
  • Document and maintain comprehensive records of activities and outcomes
  • Provide regular reports and updates to leadership on the status of change network initiatives

 Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in managing change for large scale transformations
  • Strong understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and best practices
  • Supply chain and manufacturing industry experience is a plus
  • Proficiency with ERP software required, SAP or Microsoft 365 preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree required, Master’s preferred. Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or a related field preferred
  • Project Management skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in change management software/tools
  • Ability to travel across North America (25%), including internationally

Compensation:

  • Base salary in the 110k – 125k/year range, dependent on experience
  • Bonus-eligible 7.5%
  • Medical/dental/vision insurance
  • 15 Days PTO and 14 Days Holiday Pay
  • 401k with 3% employer contribution (regardless of employee contribution)
