Business Development Manager – Industrial Sales – Base Salary to 80k/year – Holmdel, NJ

  • Our client, a global innovator in power transmission products, partners with big brands like Honda & John Deere to provide topnotch industrial supplies is part of a huge corporation with global revenue of 4.5B.   
  • They are currently seeking a Business Development Manager (internally titled Industrial Business Development Manager) to take the lead in shaping the future of their industrial belt manufacturing sector. The Business Development Manager will have the opportunity to contribute to a dynamic work environment focused on innovation and success. This is a fully remote opportunity, with the ideal candidate preferably being located in the Eastern Standard Time Zone.


  • Identify and develop new customers for Industrial belts, pulleys, couplings, tire coupling and hoses.
  • Process RFQs and provide detailed cost breakdowns.
  • Achieve monthly / quarterly/ yearly sales target set by the company.
  • Coordinate with plants/customer support team for delivery and associated aspects
  • Responsible for collection of payment against sales invoices 
  • Identify Industry related exhibitions, Seminar and Participate / Visit.
  • Catalogue/Price List management
  • Networking/Attending industry Tradeshows.  
  • Work with representatives and general business
  • Appoint regional Reps / Distributors.


  • Must have experience in industrial sales pertinent to products like belts, pulleys, hoses, tire couplings.
  • 2+ years of industrial sales experience
  • Ability to cultivate relationships through cold outreach for business development.
  • Work well under minimal supervisor/self-starter


  • Base salary to 80k/year plus bonus incentives
