  • Our client, a stable, fast-growing mechanical servicing company, has an immediate need for a Building Automation Project Sales Representative to handle a territory out of Denver Colorado. This client has been around for over 50 years and has a great reputation in the Mechanical Servicing industry.
  • They are a rapidly expanding company seeking to hire a Building Automation Project Sales Representative in the Denver area to elevate this division to new levels of success. Due to their great reputation, most leads will be inbound leads. All of their clients are in the Commercial/ Industrial industry.

Responsibilities:
  • The Building Automation Project Sales Representative will drive business growth by leveraging expertise in maintenance, building automation, and client services. The Building Automation Project Sales Representative will qualify prospects, set appointments, and address customer inquiries professionally. The role involves understanding HVAC systems, building automation, and energy-saving measures, while effectively communicating their benefits to clients. The Building Automation Project Sales Representative will build relationships with key decision-makers, manage budgets and quotes, and close sales to maintain a strong pipeline. Additional responsibilities include leading client consultations, overseeing service agreements, and providing activity reports and sales forecasts to support business goals.

Qualifications:
  • The ideal candidate would have 5+ years of Building automation, building commissioning, or Energy Services.
  • 2+ years of sales experience, HVAC experience

Compensation:
  • Our client is offering a base salary of up to 90k/year with a great commission structure. Furthermore, the company offers a large car allowance, 401k, health benefits, and much more.
