Branch Operations Manager - Growing Mechanical Contractor - Base to $80k + Bonus, Company Vehicle, Gas, Benefits
Our client, a stable, fast-growing mechanical contractor handling service, installation, and repair, has an immediate need for a Branch Operations Manager to oversee the Service Team in the West Chester, PA area. Our client has been in business for 40 years and has a stellar reputation in the industry.
In this role, the Branch Manager will lead a Service Team of around 10 people who are responsible for installing, repairing and maintaining HVAC systems in the residential sector. In addition to leading the team, the Branch Manager will also serve as a senior company representative, working directly with customers, vendors, suppliers and more to advise on the project status and hold responsibility of the branch profits.
- As a summary, tasks include:
- Drive the profitability and growth of the branch
- Coach, develop and lead a team of Service Technicians and Installers
- Build lasting relationships with customers, vendors and sales team members with a customer-centric focus
- Manage the Service operations of the branch; overseeing dispatching and efficiency of technicians
- Manage the Install operations; scheduling and dispatching crews, ordering and purchasing equipment and materials.
- Review all billing and warranty claims
- Oversee warehouse functions
Compensation for this position will include a base salary in the $70k-$80k range with and annual bonus based on the performance of the Service Department. Also included will be a company vehicle and gas card. The company offers a comprehensive benefits package, 401k, PTO and much more.
Requirements for this role include at least 5 years of residential HVAC management experience, leading a team of field service techs, Must have excellent leadership, customer service and general sales skills.
