Boiler Sales Representative - Commercial Boiler Servicing Company - Base Salary to 35.00/hour - Cleveland, OH

• Our client is one of the largest Boiler service Contractors in Northern Ohio and has been around for over 40 years, specializing in commercial and Industrial boilers in Northern Ohio. They are stable and have a great reputation.
  
• The Boiler Sales Representative is responsible for generating new business, strengthening client relationships, and promoting HVAC solutions for commercial and industrial customers by utilizing their technical knowledge. The Boiler Sales Representative position requires knowledge of Commercial Boilers, as this role includes selling and managing projects.

Responsibilities:

• The Boiler Sales Representative will play a key role in growing revenue by securing new business opportunities and broadening the company’ s presence in the commercial and industrial markets. This position involves prospecting potential clients, presenting tailored service solutions, and closing sales to meet or exceed goals.
  
• The Boiler Sales Representative will also oversee existing accounts, ensuring clients receive exceptional service and support. By combining technical understanding of HVAC systems with a strong grasp of market trends, the Boiler Sales Representative will partner with internal teams to deliver solutions that align with customer needs and drive long-term success.

Qualifications:

• 5+years of field experience on boilers & burners
• 3+ years of B2B sales experience
  
• 3+ years of experience in developing estimates for providing services and --service contracts
  
• Ability to sell and manage projects
  
• Strong understanding of industrial/commercial steam, hot water boilers, and ancillary boiler room equipment
  
• Strong negotiation skills

Compensation:

• Our client is offering a base salary up to 35.00/hour, plus a highly competitive commission structure
