Blow Mold Process Technician - Plastics Manufacturing - Base Salary to 56k/year - Houston, TX

• Our client, a Plastics Manufacturing plant is seeking several Blow Mold Processing Technicians for their onsite team outside of Houston, TX.
  
• In this role, the Blow Mold Processing Technician will be responsible for continuous extrusion blow mold manufacturing and supporting the material and resin teams.

Responsibilities:

• Perform foam fixture startup and maintain equipment during production.
  
• Troubleshoot problems with blow mold machines and peripheral equipment to take corrective actions.
  
• Work with Senior Technicians to conduct minor repairs and change machine inserts.
  
• Responsible for machine adjustments and operating forklifts/cranes to replace molds.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years in plastics manufacturing, mold setup, or continuous extrusion Blow Mold.
  
• Preferred Equipment Knowledge: Graham, Sterling, and Milacron Blow Mold machines
  
• Experience handling materials
  
• Basic Computer skills

Compensation:

• Base salary to 56k/year (flexible dependent on experience)
  
• Full Benefits Package
