Bilingual Marketing Manager – Lighting Controls and Wiring Devices – Base Salary to 105k/year – Irvine, CA
- Our client is a leading high-tech electrical company that provides solutions in the smart home energy management, home automation, wire devices, and lighting controls industry at an end-user level.
- Our wiring device client is looking to add a Marketing Manager to the team. This person will be responsible for managing current strategies and developing new ones while ensuring revenue goals are being met. The Marketing Manager will also be the bridge of communication between the team in the US and the CEO located in China.
Responsibilities:
- Development and execution of comprehensive marketing plans to drive brand awareness and customer acquisition
- Oversee creation and optimization of content for various marketing channels – social media platforms, email, website, etc.
- Track and analyze marketing metrics ad KPI’s
- Facilitate communication between international, local, and management teams
- Manage current marketing team
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related field is preferred
- Minimum of 3+ years of related marketing experience
- Management experience is a plus
- Familiarity and prior experience using Adobe Creative Suite
- Basic graphic design skills
- Working knowledge of website backend processes – ex: WordPress
- Proven track record of implementing effective SEO strategies
- Must be bilingual in Mandarin
Compensation:
- Base salary up to 105k/year

About Me:
I was born and raised in York, Pa. I completed my freshman year of college at Towson University. I soon realized Astronomy was not my thing, so I transferred back home to York College to pursue a career in Business. I completed my Bachelor of Business Administration with a major in Entrepreneurship and a minor in Marketing. I chose AllSearch because it felt like home. What I do in my free time?
My dad and I brew beer! My dream one day is to open up a brewery with him. If I’m not doing that, I am either reading about conspiracy theories, spending money at Target, or playing with my dog—those are really my only hobbies.
Piece of advice I would give myself?
Always remember money can’t buy happiness; but it can buy you a boat, which would probably make you a little happy. Piece of advice number two: it’s the little things in life that make it worth wild.
What I typically eat for breakfast?
Cereal. There is no argument there here, Frosted Flakes are the best.
