Architectural Project Manager – Architectural/Engineering/Survey Firm – Base Salary to 100k/year – Benton Harbor, MI
- Our client is an employee owned full-service architectural, civil engineering, and land surveying firm. They have a dynamic team of over 170 professionals that work to analyze, advise, design, and deliver successful projects in partnership with government, education, commercial, and energy clients throughout the Great Lakes region. Our client offers comprehensive, multi-disciplinary services including Architecture, Civil Engineering, Surveying, Construction Services, GIS, Interior Design, Landscape Architecture, and Reality Capture.
- They are currently seeking an Architectural Project Manager for their team, this individual can be based out of Benton Harbor or Northern Indiana.
Responsibilities:
- Ability to manage, scope, schedule, and budget of wide variety of projects
- Possess a positive attitude and serve as a coach and mentor to others
- Strong technical writing and verbal communication skills
- Ability to solve problems in a timely manner while working with a multidisciplinary team of planners, engineers, surveyors, architects, and technicians
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or Master of Architecture from a NAAB-Accredited University
- Proficient in Revit
- 10+ years of experience in Architecture
- Previous project management experience
- Position based in Benton Harbor, MI or Northern Indiana
- Travel between offices for collaboration with team members and for project meetings and job sites as needed
Compensation:
- Base salary to 100k/year + bonus
- PTO and benefits package
