Accounting Specialist - Hospitality – Base Salary to 27.00/Hour - Cicero, IL
- Our client, is an industry leader in refrigeration and ice making equipment, has an immediate need for an Accounting Specialist in downtown Chicago, IL. Our client has been in business for over 90 years and has a stellar reputation in the industry. The Chicago office is the company headquarters and operates as a tight-knit group, always willing to help each other out, and are looking for someone who operates from a “customer first” mentality to fit into this culture. - In this position, the Accounting Specialist will process all warranty claims for reimbursement from the manufacturers and invoice customers for serviced provided once the Dispatch center has completed the request. They will also work with manufacturers for credits/payments.
Qualifications: The ideal candidate for this position will possess an associates or bachelor’s degree and at least 3+ years of experience in accounting. The candidate should be exceptionally organized with great attention to detail. Experience with Microsoft Office and Excel highly preferred.
Compensation: Includes hourly pay of 24.00 – 27.00/hour and full benefits. The company offers a comprehensive benefits package, 401k, PTO and much more. Additionally, there are other perks tied to company culture that make it a plus to work for this family-owned business!
