- Our client, a well-established marketing company, is seeking an Account Manager to join their growing team! This role is responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with advertisers &/or affiliates. Our client is known to have a fun and laid-back, yet fast-paced and productive atmosphere!
- Our client is looking for an Account Managerwho has experience and/or a strong interest in marketing or sales. Prior B2B Sales, Account Management, Interactive Marketing experience is a plus! The role is Monday - Friday, 9am - 6pm, in their Mechanicsburg office with some flexibility & ½ day remote on Fridays.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain continuous contact with advertisers / affiliates to grow client relationships and achieve their desired sales goals
- Set up and manage performance marketing campaigns
- Collaborate regarding campaign details and restrictions about affiliate promotion
- Work closely with management to ensure goals are being met
- Manage the onboarding process for new advertisers, including processing contracts and accounting paperwork, and facilitating a smooth setup process
- Proactively learn the industry, advertiser challenges, and ad technology to ensure you are a trusted resource to prospects and advertisers
- Possess an active knowledge of performance metrics relevant to current advertisers and active offers
- Partner with management, sales directors, and affiliate management to drive revenue and improve the advertiser experience
Qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s Degree in business or related field is preferred
- 1+ years sales, marketing or media experience
- B2B Sales, Account Management, Interactive Marketing experience a plus!
- Proficient software ability; MS office; CRM helpful
Compensation:
- Base salary in the 40k – 45k/year range
- Uncapped commission structure for sales roles!
