Account Manager - Marketing Agency – Base Salary to 45k/year – Mechanicsburg, PA

  • Our client, a marketing company, is seeking an Account Manager to join their growing team! This role is responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with advertisers. This role will work closely with the Director of Affiliate Marketing, the Sales Team, and Management to ensure success for B Two’s affiliates and advertisers.
  • Our client is known to have a fun and laid-back atmosphere! They are looking for an individual who has experience or a strong interest in marketing. 

Responsibilities:

  • Build strong relationships with affiliates, by maintaining regular contact with potential and current affiliates, and responding to requests in a timely manner
  • Ensure priority affiliates receive daily updates regarding top performing offers, new offers, and other beneficial data
  • Communicate effectively with affiliates and identify their strengths to pair appropriate offers
  • Maintain regular and effectively communications with affiliates via phone, Skype, email, etc. to relay and document important information including start and end dates, limits on traffic, pricing, and other time sensitive items
  • Use effective and compelling sales tactics (stats, conversion, EPC, brand highlights) to encourage affiliates to test the company offers and determine what affiliate success looks like and how to help them achieve it
  • Provide clear guidance and support for affiliates to use the company portal
  • Act as a liaison between the sales team and affiliates to identify key strategic partners and traffic opportunities, while maintaining or increasing traffic volume
  • Develop a clear understanding of industry and affiliate trends to communicate internally about affiliate source changes, successes, and traffic fluctuations that affiliates are experiencing

Qualifications:  The ideal candidate for this position will possess a Bachelor’s Degree and some prior office work experience preferably with experience in media buying or marketing.  The candidate should be independent, self-motivated, and driven to take complete ownership over their role.  

Compensation:  Our client is offering a base salary in the 40k – 45k/year range, plus an uncapped commission structure. Benefits including healthcare, and 401k match!

She then moved to St. Petersburg, FL for a scenery change and was a Buyer for Bealls Outlet. I went to Syracuse University and double majored in Marketing and Retail which led to my six years as a Buyer for corporate retailers. My buying background has been a great foundation for successfully recruiting for supply chain/purchasing roles for our clients!
