Account Executive - Mechanical Servicing Company - Base Salary to 80k/year - Seattle, WA

• Our client, is a fast growing mechanical servicing company. They have an immediate opening for an Account Executive (internally titled Maintenance Sales Representative), to handle territory within 50 miles of Seattle, WA They are a tight-knit group and are looking for someone that aligns well with their company culture where everyone feels supported and valued.

Responsibilities:

• In this position, the Account Executive will be responsible for generating new business. They have top of the line technicians to support the team and are looking for a professional who will put the customer first.

Qualifications:

• The ideal candidate for this position will have at least 2+ years of proven outside sales success, preferably with experience in HVAC or selling a service. The candidate should be independent, self-motivated, and driven to take complete ownership over their role. They should possess strong CRM experience and exceptional customer service skills.

Compensation:

• Our client is offering a base salary in the 60k - 80k/year range and an uncapped bonus/commission structure and continue to grow in the coming years. The company offers a comprehensive benefits package, 401K, PTO, and much more.
