Account Executive - Manufacturing – Base Salary to 100k/year – Long Island, NY
- Our client, a seasoned industry front runner, is actively seeking an Account Executive with a background in the aerospace & defense industry. With a business history spanning more than 90 years, they are continuously expanding, and this candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining that growth path.
- In this position, the Account Executive will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies for the company’s business development team.
Responsibilities:
- Actively seek out business development prospects by collaborating with potential and current clients to secure new contracts.
- Create and implement sales strategies for acquiring new accounts and growing existing accounts
- Meet with clients to discuss products and services
- Perform thorough market research to identify potential leads, trends, and opportunities.
- Represent the company at trade shows to showcase products, engage with potential clients, and build industry connections.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field
- 5+years of experience in business development or sales
- Aerospace & defense industry experience/knowledge
- Willingness to travel to meet and propose potential clients
Compensation:
- Base salary to 100k/year plus commission
- Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k, Paid Time Off
