Job Description
- Our client, a leader in exterior services management, has over 50 years of professional expertise. They utilize custom technology to deliver snow removal, landscaping, and site maintenance services. They are committed to ensuring properties remain safe and well-maintained no matter the weather conditions.
- Our client is seeking an Account Executive to manage client relationships. The Account Executive will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and driving account growth.
- Serve as the primary contact for clients, building strong relationships, understanding their business needs, and providing valuable insights to foster trust.
- Monitor client satisfaction through regular check-ins, address concerns promptly, and ensure a positive experience that drives high retention rates.
- Prepare, review, and verify invoices to ensure accuracy, adhere to billing schedules, and maintain acceptable contribution margins.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities, collaborate with sales teams on tailored proposals, and implement strategic account plans for revenue growth.
- Oversee client projects to ensure timely, on-budget delivery while coordinating with internal teams and maintaining transparent communication.
- Work with cross-functional teams to enhance services, mentor junior staff, and contribute to business strategy development.
- 3+ years of experience in sales or account management.
- Proven ability to build and maintain rapport with clients at all levels
- Results driven mindset to meet or exceed sales and revenue targets
- Base salary up to 75k/year, with potential for performance-based bonuses.
