Account Executive – Growing Software/AI company – Base Salary to 70k/year – Indianapolis, IN (Fully Remote)

  • Our client, is a fast-growing B2B software company, focused on a Conversational AI driven data analytics platform. They are based in Indianapolis and looking for result oriented Account Executive in the Indianapolis area to own end-end sales process for Mid-size supply chain market, generating leads and close the deal. The sales team operates as a tight-knit group, always willing to help each other out, and are looking for someone who operates from a “customer first” mentality in order to fit into this culture.  If you are an individual who thrives in this environment and can also work individually, in a remote capacity, please keep reading!
  • In this position, the Account Executive will be responsible for new business generation and hunting for new customers.  The Account Executive will work closely with and answer directly to the company’s Senior Director of Sales in developing and implementing new growth strategies.  They will sell to VP of Operations, Director of Supply Chain etc.

Qualifications:  The ideal candidate for this position will possess a Bachelor’s Degree and at least 2+ years of proven sales success, preferably SAAS or Supply Chain.  The candidate should be independent, self-motivated, and driven to take complete ownership over their role.  They should possess strong CRM experience and exceptional customer service skills.

Compensation:  Our client is offering a base salary ranging from 60k – 70k/year and an uncapped bonus/commission structure, with total on target earnings in the 120k – 130k/year range in the first year.  The company offers a comprehensive benefits package,401k, PTO and much more.  Additionally, there are employee stock options offered.
