Personal Lines CSR - Independent Insurance Agency - Base Salary to 55k/year – Vallejo, CA
- Our client, a family-owned independent insurance agency in the Vallejo, CA area, has an immediate need for a Personal Lines CSR. They are a close-knit, tenured team that is looking for customer service professionals who are interested in joining a community-focused agency.
Responsibilities:
- In this Personal Lines CSR role, you will be responsible for servicing a book of business.
- You will be working closely with the team to provide current and potential clients with exceptional customer service.
- You will be tasked with educating and advising clients, endorsements, renewals, quoting new business, account management, documentation, and answering clients’ billing and service questions.
Qualifications:
- CA P&C License required.
- 2+ years Insurance Experience as it relates to Personal Lines required.
- Experience with Applied Systems TAM is preferred.
- Team player mentality.
Compensation:
- Base salary to 55k/year depending on experience.
- Benefits include HSA, 401k with company match, PTO, paid holidays, incentive pay, life insurance, work from home flexibility, etc.
- Monday-Thursday 9am -5pm, Fridays 9am-4pm in office.
