Operations Manager – Industrial Manufacturing – Base Salary to 70k/year – Kerrtown, PA

- In this role, the Operations Manager will be a goals-oriented leader and manager that will positively impact the company’s sales and profits. The operations manager will oversee all functions of the branch in addition to coaching the inside sales staff to maximize sale opportunities and promote a positive customer experience.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise, train, and coach the inside sales team to ensure they are meeting goals and deadlines
- Oversee employee timesheets and conduct employee performance reviews.
- Prepare for and conduct weekly branch meetings
- Manage all areas of business as needed such as managing/balancing cash and cash reports, daily and monthly review of reports, supporting customer and vendor requests, and monitoring pricing
- Interact with customers to resolve complaints, answer questions, provide status of ordering and scheduling changes.
- Supervise inventory counts and process daily packing slips
- Analyze information and evaluate the results to choose the best solution and solve problems.
- Provide high-level product and service support
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of sales and management experience
- Experience with wholesale distribution is preferred
- Knowledge of general office functions, customer service, and cash management/balances as well as a strong understanding of management
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrates the ability to be action oriented, highly organized, and employ strong decision making in an autonomous environment.
Compensation
- Base Salary up to 70k/year plus quarterly incentive program
- 2k signing bonus
