- Our client specializes in the modernization and upkeep of elevators, escalators, and moving walkways across South Florida, New Mexico, and Arizona. - The Modernization Maintenance Supervisor will spearhead field operations, oversee repairs, and enforce stringent safety measures to ensure the seamless execution of elevator modernization projects. Leading a proficient team, the Modernization Maintenance Supervisor will conduct safety audits, coordinate timely maintenance tasks, and uphold the highest service standards.
Responsibilities:
- Lead field operations for all elevator modernization projects, ensuring optimal performance.
- Maintain project schedules to meet client expectations and adhere to deadlines.
- Devise strategies to enhance safety, minimize callbacks, and enhance technical support.
- Collaborate with service sales representatives to identify opportunities for upgrades and repairs.
- Drive innovation in maintenance service documentation, methodologies, and delivery.
- Effectively manage budgets for materials and labor to optimize cost-efficient maintenance. Conduct on-site training sessions to promote a safe working environment.
- Perform comprehensive safety audits, job site inspections, and develop robust safety plans.
- Nurture professional relationships with team members, clients, and stakeholders.
- Monday – Friday, 7am – 4pm schedule
Qualifications:
- 5+ years’ Experience working in Elevator Modernization equipment upgrades.
- Proficient in Microsoft-based computer software.
- Demonstrated leadership, time management, and organizational skills.
- Prior experience in the elevator industry or related field is required.
- Knowledge of elevators, service contracting, and service estimating is advantageous.
- Certification of Competency from the state of Florida is desirable.
- Experience with CRM LiftKeeper is a plus.
Compensation:
- Base salary up to 140k/year.
- Yearly bonus plan.
