High Net Worth Account Executive - Boutique Brokerage Firm – Base Salary to 150k/year - Palm Beach, FL
- Our client, a 12- year boutique international brokerage firm located in Palm Beach who is looking for a High Net Worth Account Executive. They provide commercial, personal, private client, specialty programs, financial services, equine insurance, etc. They are a very entrepreneurial firm who is looking to build out their presence on the east coast.
Responsibilities:
- The High Net Worth Account Executive will be responsible for managing a book (anywhere between $1-3M depending on your experience) of high net worth clients. Most of these clients are worth $10M or above. The High Net Worth Account Executive will build lasting relationships with these clients, do proposals, endorsements, renewals, policy changes, etc. There will be a CSR for more of the support work.
Qualifications:
- 5+ Years experience managing high net worth/private clients.
- Property & Casualty (P&C) Licensed.
- AMS360 experience preferred.
Compensation:
- Base salary in the 100k – 150k/year range plus commission on new business (25% new 15% renewal). You can also earn incentives on referrals.
- Full benefits package including Medical, Dental, Vision, PTO, Paid Holidays, 401k, etc.
- In office.
