Warehouse Manager - Industrial/Manufacturing Sector - Salary to $75k - Naperville, IL
- Our Client, a global manufacturer of industrial and automotive products, is seeking a skilled warehouse manager to be based out of their Naperville, IL facility. This award-winning organization serves a variety of industries, including automotive, aerospace, medical and heavy equipment manufacturers. They sell to some of the top manufacturers in the world and have a strong presence in the US.
- In this role, the Warehouse Manager will be responsible for directing and supervising receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations. They will provide leadership to a small team made up of warehouse and logistics personnel, and will maintain staffing by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees. The Warehouse Manager will facilitate a safe, efficient, and well-organized operation while maintaining and controlling inventory levels.
Compensation: Base Salary between $60k and $75k. Excellent benefits package with health/vision/dental, vacation, sick days and retirement.
Requirements: The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelors Degree and at least 3 years of warehouse management experience in the industrial sector. Logistics/import/export/customs experience is a plus but not required.
