Territory Sales Representative - Corporate Relocation / Mobility Solutions - Base $75k-$85k, Uncapped Commission, Fantastic Benefits.
- For more than 75 years, our client has proudly served the national and international business community, providing a variety of corporate relocation and mobility solutions. They currently have an immediate need for a skilled Outside Sales Representative (internally titled "Director of Business Development") to drive business for a specialized division in their Northern California market based out Los Angeles, CA. In this role, the Outside Sales Representative will sell corporate relocation and corporate mobility solutions to companies of all sizes within their assigned region.
- The goal of the Territory Sales Rep will be focus on new business development. As such, this role will begin with hunting for new business and then transition to account management. The TSR will work directly with clients, building strong relationships and identifying growth opportunities. You will be on the front lines of our business, promoting and selling the company’s services and gathering valuable market intelligence. This is a key role with a growing regional company, helping to expand this key service line.
- The Territory Sales Rep will work to find their own leads, work the industry networking groups, attend trade shows and more. The company has a fantastic name in the industry. There is a lot of opportunity to grow and develop in this role while earning an excellent income. They also have a fantastic training program. Industry experience is not required in this role, just a strong business to business sales background.
Compensation includes a strong base salary in the $75k-$85k range, plus an-capped commission plan that will allow you to earn above and beyond the base salary as you exceed goals. Some of the top performing reps in this division of the company are earning an annual total compensation of $120k and above. On top of this, the company provides a cell phone, laptop, a monthly car allowance as well as a monthly gas allowance. Full Healthcare, 401K, LTD, STD, and additional benefits.
Requirements for this position include at least 5 years of successful business to business sales experience in the relocation management / corporate mobility industry, or equivalent experience. Candidate should have a proven track record of developing prospects and securing new clients through actively hunting for new business. A CRP and/or GMS certification is preferred, though not required. A Bachelors Degree is preferred.
