Territory Sales Representative - Construction Product Distributor - Base to $65k + Commission, Incentives, Benefits. Houston, TX. 

  • Our client, a national leader in the Facility Protection Industry, has an immediate need for an accomplished Territory Sales Representative in the Houston area. 
  • Our client has been in business for more than 30 years, and is the nation’s largest designer, installer, and manufacturer in the Facility Protection industry.
  • In this role, the Territory Sales Representative will manage and grow key accounts in in a territory that will include Texas, Oklahoma and Louisiana, while also developing and maintaining relationships with new customers.  The account base will be made up of electrical engineers and contractors in that region. The Rep will be responsible for selling the company’s product line and service offerings, while providing technical support, troubleshooting, and on-site quotation support.  This a remote position, and the ideal candidate should reside in the Houston, TX region.

Compensation will include a strong base salary up to $65k+, plus a lucrative commission package.  1st year earning potential up to $100k. The company also offers an expense account, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401k with company match, generous paid time off, and more.

Requirements:  The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s Degree and 3+ years of outside sales experience in the construction industry.  Electrical construction experience is preferred, but not required. The candidate should be proficient in managing and growing a regional territory, and have a proven track record of success selling to engineers, contractors, and end-users.
