Territory Sales Representative - Commercial Relocation Services - Base to $85k, Bonus Program, Fantastic Benefits

  • For more than 75 years, our client has proudly served the business community with their relocation needs, both physical property and employee relocations.  Due to expansion and growth, this company has an immediate need for a skilled Territory Sales Rep in their Central Florida market to sell one of their relocation services to midsize to large companies. 
  • The goal of the Territory Sales Rep will be focus on new business development as well as growing stronger ongoing relationships with existing customers.  The territory will cover Orlando, FL to Tampa, FL, and the candidate can be home based in either location.  The company has a physical location in each city.  This is a fantastic service to sell, as their prospects need a strong provider in this space to effectively relocate their internal employees as needed.  As such, you are able to establish new customers, then grow repeat business by building strong relationships as these large customers have continuous ongoing employee relocation needs.

Compensation includes a strong base salary up to $85k plus a bonus incentive program based on volume of relocations.  On top of this, the company provides a cell phone, laptop, a monthly car allowance as well as a monthly gas allowance. Vision, Dental, Medical, 401K, LTD, STD, and additional benefits.

Requirements for this position include at least 3 years of successful business to business sales experience in a sales role focused on generating new business.  Strong preference will be given to candidates that have a mobility, moving or relocation services background.  A Bachelors Degree is preferred.
