Territory Sales Rep - Service Maintenance Sales - Fortune 500 Construction Services & Mechanical Contractor in Pawtucket, RI, Base to $55k + Commission
- Our client, a stable, fast-growing construction services and mechanical contractor, has an immediate need for a Service Maintenance Sales Rep, to handle a territory covering RI and southern Massachusetts. Our client has a nationwide footprint and a stellar reputation in the industry. They are a continually growing company, and are looking to add a rep in Pawtucket, RI to help them take this division to new heights. The RI/Mass team operates as a tight-knit group, always willing to help each other out, and are looking for someone who operates from a “customer first” mentality in order to fit into this culture.
- In this position, the Service Sales Rep will be responsible for new business generation and hunting for new customers, so a competitive nature and excitement for the “thrill of the hunt” is imperative to the role. The SSR will work closely with and answer directly to the company’s Sales Manager in developing and implementing new growth strategies. They will sell to business owners, facility owners, property managers, and maintenance managers.
Compensation: Our client is offering a solid compensation package for this position, with a base salary ranging from $40-55K and an uncapped bonus/commission structure that should add another $10-15K in the first year and put you around $80-90K in 2-3 years. The company offers a comprehensive benefits package, 401k, PTO and much more. Additionally, there are other perks tied to company culture that make it a plus to work for this well-known company!
Requirements: The ideal candidate for this position will possess a Bachelor’s Degree and at least 2 years of proven outside sales success, OR a strong background in HVAC with the desire to get into sales. The candidate should be independent, self-motivated, and driven to take complete ownership over their role. They should possess strong CRM experience and exceptional customer service skills.
