Territory Sales Rep - Regional Building Product Distributor - Total Comp $75-80K+

Our client, a regional distributor of commercial building products, has an immediate need in their Indianapolis market for a Territory Sales Rep to sell their commercial products to the A&E market in the Greater Indianapolis Area.

The company is a major player in the region and is growing very rapidly.  Because of the company’s name in the market, and long track record of success, you will be able to very successfully build new customers and retain and grow long term customers.  Additionally, with the strong growth of the company, you will have a fantastic opportunity to build and develop your sales career, and your income.  With the uncapped commission plan that is in place, top earning Reps in this are earning $125k+ annually.

In terms of the role, a Territory Sales Rep for this company will be focused on selling commercial products to the A&E community in the Indianapolis market.  In this role, you will take over an existing base of customers, where your role will be to grow and develop stronger relationships with this base of business in order to maximize revenue.  In addition, there will be a strong focus on new business generation.

Compensation for this position will include a base salary in the $50k-$60k range.   In addition, this package includes an uncapped commission package that can be very lucrative.  The income expectation is a first year total compensation of $75-80K+.  Though again, the income is uncapped, so huge potential for upside.  Comprehensive benefits are very solid, plus car allowance, fuel card, laptop, cell phone, generous paid time off and much more.

Requirements for this position include at least 2 years of commercial sales into the A&E market.  A Bachelors Degree is preferred, though not required.
