Territory Sales Rep with International Mechanical Product Manufacturer in Philadelphia, PA. 40 Year Company. Premium Product Line. Base to $85k + Commission, Bonus, Car.

  • Our client, a leading international manufacturer of residential and commercial HVAC equipment, has an immediate need for a skilled Territory Sales Rep (internally titled "Territory Sales Manager") to handle a territory that will cover the Southern New Jersey, Philadelphia, and Delaware area. 
  • They have been in business for over 40 years and has a stellar reputation in the industry.  They continue to grow and expand their market presence, producing an innovative, premium product line. 
  • In this position, the TSM will be responsible for managing and growing an existing base of HVAC Dealers.  The TSM will be tasked with improving sales revenue and gross margin by planning, organizing, developing, and maintaining an effective sales strategy.  They will work extensively with Branch Managers, educating them on the benefits and features of the company’s cutting-edge product line.  The TSM will build and establish strong relationships and will make customers aware of promotions, new product launches, and product changes.

Compensation:  Our client is offering a very solid compensation package for this position, with a base salary up to $85k and a lucrative bonus/commission structure that will add substantially to the total compensation.  The company offers a comprehensive benefits package, a car allowance, cell phone, laptop, expense account, 401k, PTO and more.  Additionally, the TSM will have ample opportunities to grow and advance with the company.

Requirements:  The ideal candidate for this position will possess a Bachelor’s Degree and at least 5 years of outside sales experience in the HVAC industry.  The candidate should be independent, self-motivated, and driven to take complete ownership over their role.  They should possess strong CRM experience and exceptional customer service skills.
