Territory Sales Rep with International HVAC Manufacturer. 40 Year Company. Premium Product Line. Base to $90k + Commission, Bonus.

  • Our client, a leading international manufacturer of residential and commercial HVAC equipment, has an immediate need for a skilled Territory Sales Manager (TSM) to handle a territory that will cover the Northern, CA area.  Our client has been in business for over 40 years and has a stellar reputation in the industry.  They continue to grow and expand their market presence, producing an innovative, premium product line.
  • In this position, the TSM will be responsible for managing and growing an existing base of HVAC Dealers.  The TSM will be tasked with improving sales revenue and gross margin by planning, organizing, developing, and maintaining an effective sales strategy.  They will work extensively with Branch Managers, educating them on the benefits and features of the company’s cutting-edge product line.  The TSM will build and establish strong relationships and will make customers aware of promotions, new product launches, and product changes.

Compensation: Our client is offering a very solid compensation package for this position, with a base salary up to $90k and a lucrative bonus/commission structure that will take the first-year compensation north of $120k.  The company offers a comprehensive benefits package, 401k, PTO and much more.  Additionally, the TSM will have ample opportunities to grow and advance with the company.

Requirements:  The ideal candidate for this position will possess a Bachelor’s Degree and at least 4 years of proven outside sales success.  The candidate should be independent, self-motivated, and driven to take complete ownership over their role.  They should possess strong CRM experience and exceptional customer service skills.
