Territory Sales Rep - Growing Construction Product Manufacturer - Base to $60k + Lucrative Bonus, Excellent Benefits. Columbia, SC Area. Existing Client Base.
- Our client, a well-established concrete product manufacturer that sells to the construction industry, has an immediate need for a skilled Territory Sales Rep to handle their South Carolina market. This candidate should be based out of the Columbia, SC area.
- In this role, the Territory Sales Rep will be responsible for all sales activities related to growing the customer base and relationships within South Carolina. Will sell the products and services directly to the end user market. Work with targeted end users in order to specify the company’s products. Conduct face to face sales presentations and phone calls. Handle estimating and bidding on new projects. B e involved in creating and implementing sales and marketing strategy.
- This role will blend both hunting for new business and well as building and developing relationships with existing customers. This position will report directly to the VP of Sales.
Compensation: Will include a base salary in the $60k range, plus a lucrative bonus and incentive plan. In addition, the company has an excellent benefits package that will include medical, dental, a strong 401k company match, monthly company HSA contributions, tuition reimbursement, paid holidays, PTO and more.
Qualifications: The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of success sales experience in the construction industry. Experience in structural engineer and concrete products is a plus. A Bachelors Degree is preferred, but not required. Candidate will need to be open to some overnight travel around the state. Candidate should have the ability to use and track projects within Salesforce CRM system.
