Territory Sales Representative - Construction Equipment - Base To $50k Plus Commission/Bonus, Benefits, Car
Our client, a strong and growing construction equipment dealer, has an immediate need for a skilled Territory Sales Rep to handle a well performing territory located in the Burlington area to cover the Vermont market.
- This company is strong and stable, with over 30 years of business in the region. They are very well known in the market and have built a strong base of customers. They represent some of the best industrial equipment and material handling product manufacturers in the industry. In addition, they have a strong inside support team that helps to provide top notch customer service and support to the customer base.
Responsibilities for the Territory Sales position will be selling both equipment and rental contracts for these premier lines of equipment. This is very much of a solutions based sale, and a role that will combine both hunting for new business as well as managing accounts and growing deeper relationships with existing customers. This position will report to the Regional Sales Manager.
Compensation for this position includes a base salary in the $50k range plus a strong bonus and incentive plan. Total annual income should be around $70k total. In addition, the benefits are solid and will include a vehicle allowance, a laptop and cell phone, full health, dental and vision, a 401k plan and more.
Requirements for this role are 3+ years of outside sales experience, selling to construction or industrial customer base. The ideal candidate will have sold construction equipment or rentals, and have a documented track record of success.
