Territory Sales Rep - Global Leader in Commercial HVAC Equipment – Fortune 1000 Company - Base to $80k + Commission, Bonus, Car. Hillsborough, NJ.
- Our client, a leading global manufacturer of commercial HVAC systems and equipment, has an immediate need for a skilled Service Sales Rep to handle a territory that will cover the Hillsborough, NJ area. Our client has been in business for nearly 100 years and has a stellar reputation in the industry. They continue to expand their market presence by producing an innovative, premium product line and offering exceptional service and support.
- In this position, the Service Sales Rep will partner with Manufacturers Reps, Service Center Managers, Service Sales Reps and Technicians to sell preventative maintenance contracts, service, and repair work. The Rep will be tasked with improving sales revenue and gross margin by planning, organizing, developing, and maintaining an effective sales strategy. They will be expected to grow an existing client base, while prospecting and growing new business.
Compensation: Our client is offering a very solid compensation package for this position, with a base salary up to $80k and a lucrative bonus/commission structure that will take the first-year compensation north of $120k. The company offers a comprehensive benefits package, 401k, PTO and much more. Additionally, the Territory Sales Rep will have ample opportunities to grow and advance with the company.
Requirements: The ideal candidate for this position will possess a Bachelor’s Degree and at least 4 years of proven outside sales success in the Commercial HVAC industry. The candidate should be independent, self-motivated, and driven to take complete ownership over their role. They should possess strong CRM experience and exceptional customer service skills.
