Shop Manager - Forklift and Material Handling - Piscataway, NJ - Base salary to $75K plus Bonus, Benefits, 401K
- A regional leader in material handling has a need for a Shop Manager for their location. Hours will be Monday through Friday from 7-5PM.
- The responsibilities of the Shop Manager will include:
- Recommending the correct service and repair actions
- Safely operating power tools, lifts, hoists, hydraulic jacks,
- Knowledge of Preventative Maintenance inspections and repairs; warranty procedures and other duties as assigned.
- Providing excellent customer service
- Comply with Safety and OSHA procedure
Compensation is a salary between $60-75K per year plus bonus. Includes an excellent benefits program that will include medical, dental, vision, 401k, paid time off, paid holidays and more.
Qualifications, the ideal candidate will have at least 5 years’ of hands-on experience servicing and maintaining forklifts. Familiarity with both Diesel and Electrical systems. At least 1 year of supervisory experience is preferred.

I was thrown into the Industrial space straight after college when I first began my career in industrial sales. After years in Industrial Sales, I was looking for a more rewarding career, that is when I decided to dive into Industrial Recruitment, to help other professionals I can relate to, find the correct career path.
