Service Sales Manager - Industrial Cleaning & Emergency Response in Dallas-Fort Worth - Competitive Salary & Benefits.

  • Our client, a leading provider of industrial cleaning and emergency response services, is currently seeking a Service Sales Manager to cover the Dallas – Fort Worth area. This role is 80% outside sales, and 20% operations.
  • Our client has been providing emergency response and field service to municipalities, government agencies, insurance companies, and industrial businesses for more than 25 years.  They offer innovative solutions, and have been trusted to handle some of the nation’s most critical environmental emergencies.
  • In this role, the Service Sales Manager will sell the company’s full range of services to target accounts in the DFW area, while managing an existing base of corporate accounts.  The candidate will be provided with leads that are generated through the company’s strong digital marketing program, but will also be responsible for traveling throughout the territory to create their own leads and opportunities. Offering state-of-the art services and patented equipment, the company is able to provide superior results at affordable rates, leading to high close rates for their sales force. The Service Sales Manager will also be responsible for an assigned group of technicians in the DFW area. The Field Operations Manager will assure operational excellence and safety in the company’s service operations, in addition to being responsible for training and supervising an assigned group of technicians. Daily responsibilities will include scheduling technicians, workforce management, and enforcing policies and procedures.

Requirements: The ideal candidate for the Service Sales Manager position will be self-motivated and will possess a strong entrepreneurial spirit.  The candidate will have a proven track record of success in outside sales and 5+ years of experience, preferably in environmental services.
