Service Maintenance Sales Representative - Mechanical Contractor in Pittsburgh, PA, National Company. Base to $60k + Commission, Expanding Market

  • Our client, a stable, fast-growing mechanical contractor, has an immediate need for a Service Maintenance Sales Rep, to handle a territory out of the Pittsburgh, PA area.  Our client is a national leader in providing facility solutions and is extremely strong and stable.  They have a stellar reputation in the industry.  They are a continually growing company, and they are looking to add a rep in the Pittsburgh Metro to help them continue to grow market share.
  • In this position, the Service Sales Rep will be responsible for new business generation and hunting for new customers, as well as handling renewals on service agreements.  The SSR will work closely with and answer directly to the company’s Sales Manager in developing and implementing new growth strategies.  They will sell to facility owners, maintenance managers and engineers.

Compensation:  Our client is offering a solid compensation package for this position, with a base salary in the $60k range, with a commission structure that should add another $20K in the first year.  The company offers a comprehensive benefits package, 401k, PTO and much more.  Additionally, there are other perks tied to company culture that make it a plus to work for this family-owned business!

Requirements:  The ideal candidate for this position will possess a Bachelor’s Degree and at least 3 years of proven outside sales success in a hunting based role, preferably selling a service.  The candidate should be independent, self-motivated, and driven to take complete ownership over their role.  They should possess strong CRM experience and exceptional customer service skills.
