Sales Engineer - Commercial HVAC Equipment - Fortune 1000 Company - Base to $100k + Commission, Bonus, Car. NYC.
- Our client, a leading global manufacturer of commercial HVAC systems and equipment, has an immediate need for a skilled Field Sales Engineer to handle a territory that will cover the NYC/Northern NJ area. Our client has been in business for nearly 100 years and has a stellar reputation in the industry. They continue to expand their market presence by producing an innovative, premium product line and offering exceptional service and support.
- In this position, the Field Sales Engineer will focus on the commercial market and drive business working with developers, owners, consulting engineers, and mechanical contractors. The Rep will be tasked with making technical recommendations, pricing products and proposals, and seeing projects through to completion. This is a very solutions-oriented sale. They will be expected to grow an existing client base, while prospecting and growing new business.
Compensation: Our client is offering a very solid compensation package for this position, with a base salary ranging from $75-100k+, based on experience, and a lucrative bonus/commission structure. The company offers a comprehensive benefits package, 401k, PTO and much more. Additionally, the Field Sales Engineer will have ample opportunities to grow and advance within this high-growth company.
Requirements: The ideal candidate for this position will possess a Bachelor’s Degree and at least 3 years of proven outside sales success in the Commercial HVAC industry. The candidate should be independent, self-motivated, and driven to take complete ownership over their role. They should possess strong CRM experience and exceptional customer service skills.
