Sales Administrative Support - Career Role - Base to 52k

  • Our client, a leading industrial product and service company with a corporate headquarters in the Baltimore area, has an immediate need for a Sales Administrator for their Sales team.  This person will be asked to provide various administrative support to the sales departments.
  • The primary function of this role will be to assist the team in the preparation of proposals and quotations as well as other agreements.  They will also help maintain and enter data into the company’s sales CRM system. 
  • In addition to the general support, this role will assist the Sales Management team in various reporting tasks.

Compensation, the base salary in the $52k range.  On top of the base salary, the company offers a fantastic comprehensive benefits package.

Requirements for this position include at least 2 years of sales support experience preparing proposals and quotations.  The ideal candidate will also have experience using the Salesforce CRM system.  Proficient MS Office skills are also required, must be a very strong Excel user.  A four year college degree if preferred, though not required.  Some knowledge of mechanical products is a plus.
