Regional Sales Manager - HVAC Product Manufacturer - Selling to Dealer Market - $100k+ - Harrisburg, PA
- Our client, an international manufacturer of Commercial HVAC and Refrigeration products, is seeking a Regional Sales Manager for the Northeastern US market. The RSM will cover a large multi-state territory, but the candidate should be based out of the greater York, Harrisburg, Lancaster, PA area. Our client was established over 35 years ago, and offer an innovative line of energy efficient solutions for the commercial sector. The company does business on 6 different continents and has established itself as a global leader through a commitment to research, innovation, and technology.
- In this role, the Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for: Selling technical HVAC products to new and existing dealer accounts; Focused on providing technical product information and recommendations, along with sales and product training to Dealer Representatives and Branch Managers. In addition to directly selling in the market, the RSM will attend trade shows and industry events. Reporting directly to the National Sales Manager, the RSM will also be involved in assisting with strategic market and sales analysis that will help define growth and success in the region. This is a well-established territory with a strong existing account base.
Compensation for this position will include a base salary in the $80K-$90k range, plus a solid bonus and incentive plan. This compensation structure is flexible for the ideal candidate. Our client also offers a car package, cell phone, laptop, travel and client expense account, full benefits and more.
Requirements: The ideal candidate for this role will have 3+ years of Technical Sales/Account Management experience in the commercial HVAC industry, and a proven track-record of success selling to dealer accounts.
