Regional Sales Manager - Cogeneration/Renewable Energy - Base Salary to $120K plus Commission/Bonus, Car Allowance, Great Benefits - Morristown, NJ
- Our client, a rapidly expanding manufacturer in the Renewable Energy Sector has an immediate need for a skilled Regional Sales Manager to help expand relationships and revenues. The Regional Sales Manager, reporting to the Director of Sales of the company, will play a key role in devising and executing on the sales strategy that will increase revenue, expand market share, and drive brand awareness in current key channels and potential new channels.

- Position Details: The Regional Sales Manager will manage and grow Eastern US sales for this company. This person will work out of the corporate headquarters in the Morristown, NJ area. In addition to managing and expanding existing relationships within the Energy and Industrial sectors, this person will also work to develop new prospects and customers, to expand market reach. This person will be involved in market research, setting sales strategies and more. This is a very exciting role for the right sales canadidate, with a very significant opportunity for career growth. Travel will be throughout Eastern USA.
Compensation: The position will feature a base salary between $100-120K plus commission/bonus, a vehicle allowance, cell phone, laptop, full benefits, and more.
Requirements: The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of Sales success either the Renewable Energy Sector, Cogeneration, Generator, Industrial, Power Plant or Battery, as well as a history of establishing and growing key customer accounts and relationships. A College Degree is required. Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or similar technical degree, is highly preferable.
