  • Our client, a leading National Facilities Service Organization, has an immediate need for an accomplished HVAC Project Sales Representative to be based out of the Pittsburgh, PA area. 
  • Our client has an international presence, and an exceptional reputation for providing services for a broad range of mechanical and electrical needs in the commercial sector.  They provided electrical, mechanical, and HVAC work for manufacturers, hospitals, offices, shopping centers, schools, hotels and more.  The company is very much a leader in their industry and offer a great place to grow and develop a career with significant opportunities for professional growth.
  • In this role, the HVAC Project Sales Representative will be responsible for working with the Maintenance Sales team to grow relationships with existing customers.  The HVAC Project Sales Representative will evaluate systems and components to determine the repairs, modifications, or replacements necessary to resolve issues with customers’ mechanical systems.  They will develop cost estimates and proposals, and make effective sales presentations to facility owners, building engineers, etc.  The HVAC Project Sales Representative will also be tasked with providing technical support to both internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements: The ideal candidate for this role will possess 5+ years of commercial HVAC experience, along with 2+ years of sales success.  They should have strong mechanical aptitude and exceptional communication skills.  A thorough understanding of commercial and industrial HVACR mechanical systems and how to proactively estimate, propose, and sell these systems using financial based selling techniques is required.

Compensation: Includes a generous base salary, along with an aggressive incentive plan that will take total earnings between $90k to $100k in year one.  Additionally, the company offers a comprehensive benefits package, 401k with company match, vehicle allowance, cell phone, and generous PTO.
