Project Sales Representative - Leading Commercial HVAC Service Company - Salary and Incentive Package to $100k+.  Portland, OR.

  • Our client, a leading Regional Facilities Service Organization, has an immediate need for an accomplished Project Sales Representative to be based out of the Portland, OR area. 
  • Our client has an international presence, and an exceptional reputation for providing services for a broad range of mechanical and electrical needs in the commercial sector.  They provided electrical, mechanical, and metal work for hospitals, offices, shopping centers, schools, hotels and more.  The company has been in business for nearly 100 years, and was founded on the principle that employees are the company’s most valuable asset.   They are a family-oriented organization, and are committed to excellence, safety, quality, and professional growth.
  • In this role, the Project Sales Representative will be responsible for working with the Maintenance Sales team to grow relationships with existing customers.  The Project Sales Representative will evaluate systems and components to determine the repairs, modifications, or replacements necessary to resolve issues with customers’ mechanical systems.  They will develop cost estimates and proposals, and make effective sales presentations to facility owners, building engineers, etc.  The Project Sales Representative will also be tasked with providing technical support to both internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements: The ideal candidate for this role will possess 5+ years of commercial HVAC experience, along with 2+ years of sales success.  They should have strong mechanical aptitude and exceptional communication skills.  Master HVAC License is preferred.

Compensation: Includes a generous base salary, along with an aggressive incentive plan that will take total earnings north of $100,000 in year one.  Additionally, the company offers a comprehensive benefits package, 401k with company match, vehicle allowance, cell phone, and generous PTO.
